Volunteer Opportunities

Activities Coordinator; assist students in arranging entertaining activities (bowling, golf, etc.)

Appreciation; prepare friendly correspondence, card and/or gifts on behalf of the Orchestra

Banquet; coordinate end of year banquet

Concert Dress; measure and order dresses and tuxes for students

District Festival; assist with and/or chaperone for the District Festival

Fundraising; coordinate yearly fundraising activities

Hospitality; coordinate after concert receptions

Picnic; organize the fall picnic

Program Ads; coordinate students, advertisers, graphic designer and printer for the concert program.

Public Relations; work in the community to increase audience participation

Scholarships; determine scholarship requirements and selections

Stage Parents; help before and after concerts to set up stage

Yearbook; work with Cox yearbook staff to increase music coverage
